## Completion Criteria

1. Final rollup contains `102` scenes.
2. Final summary has `95` framework auto-pass candidates and `7` structured fail-closed candidates.
3. There are `0` source-unreadable, unsupported-family, missing-source, and misclassified-unresolved records.
4. Official execution board is not modified.
5. Report names the next bounded step.
