Scope

This plan handled only sweep-085-scene / 计量资产库存统计.

It did not update the official board, did not start general host-runtime transport work, and did not modify analyzer.rs or generator.rs.

Baseline Finding

The current official board had this scene as:

• currentFrameworkStatus = framework-structured-fail-closed
• currentFrameworkArchetype = host_bridge_workflow
• currentFrameworkReadiness = C
• currentFrameworkNextAction = future-host-bridge-runtime-roadmap-input

The same board row also already carries business-layer status:

• currentGroup = G7
• currentStatus = boundary-family
• realSampleLayerStatus = executed-pass

Follow-Up Result

A bounded rerun against the official-board source scene closed the framework path as:

• readiness = A
