Plan Intent

Close the 2 remaining G2 / multi_mode_request structured fail-closed records by correcting bounded readiness or contract interpretation.

Tasks

3. implement one bounded G2 correction if justified;
4. rerun only the two fixed scenes;
5. publish delta report.
